On Street (Temporary) Parking

This permit allows you to park beyond the time limits indicated by signposted parking restrictions.
This includes zones such as 15-minute, 1-hour and 2-hour.
Aplications must be submitted a minimum of 4 business days prior to the requested permit start date.

Application fees

There are no fees payable when you submit your application. We'll invoice you after your application and preferences have been reviewed. If you'd like a fee estimate before applying, search for the application name in our Fees and Charges document.

Next steps

  1. Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming we've received it, along with an invoice for the application fees.
  2. We will assess your application, including the location and number of parking spaces requested.
  3. Once approved, your permit will be issued and sent to you via email. You will need to display the permit on the vehicle dash or be able to produce it upon request.
  4. If you need to reserve parking spaces, you may do so from 5pm the day before your permit begins.

Time frames

Permits are typically issued 4 days after they are submitted.
