My Services Portal Account
Your My Services portal gives you a single, centralised view of your business with us, making it easier and more convenient to manage your interactions. You can lodge applications and requests at a time that suits you, with digital forms prepopulated using your portal information.
This platform provides an efficient and seamless lodgement experience, improving your access to information and reducing the time and effort needed to engage with our services.
The portal also allows you to:
- view and track your requests with us
- view and track your applications with us
- view and make secure payments
- update your contact details and personal information.
All in one place.
Important
Updating your contact details in your myServices account will not update your rates information.
To update property rates related details, please refer to the Rates - Change of postal address page.
Registration
How to register
- Click the Register / Sign In button at the top right of this page.
- On the login screen, select "Don't have an account?"
- Choose "Register using Email" to begin the registration process.
- Provide your full name, contact details, and residential address when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
Password requirements
- Your password must be a minimum of 12 characters
- 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 numeric character and 1 special character.
