We may prohibit the use of sportsgrounds during heavy rain, drought, or when damage is likely. Wet weather can affect the sportsground's condition, potentially causing damage or player injury.

- You'll receive an acknowledgement with your request number.
- We will review your enquiry to assess availability of the space for your nominated date and time.
- Our team will get back to you with availability, pricing information and the form you will need to complete to secure your booking.
- Once your request has been completed, you will receive a notification.
Time frames
- Information enquiry - we aim to respond within 5 working days.
- Licensing for casual booking - processing time is up to 10 working days.
- Seasonal licensing:
- You will receive an application and have 6 weeks to decide on the inclusions for your licence.
- After submitting your choices, you will receive a draft licence for review. After this time, an invoice will be issued and you will have 2 weeks to complete the payment.
- Once payment is received, we will issue your licence.
