You can help by notifying us of litter or waste in our parks or sportsgrounds, such as:
- overflowing bins
- litter or illegally dumped waste
- needle stick, broken glass or other hazardous material.

Raise a request
Before you begin
When lodging your request, you will have the option to attach photos or other supporting documents.
Location matters!
- Include the name of the park or sporting field.
- Parks can be large areas. Providing specific details about the location of the litter or waste helps us locate and address it quickly. Please include the area of the park or identifying landmarks.
Next steps
- You'll receive an acknowledgement with your request number.
- The request will be reviewed and triaged, a team will then be assigned to clean up the items.
- Once your request has been completed, you will receive a notification.
Time frames
- Urgent requests, where hazardous materials may be present will be attended to as soon as possible.
- Our team will endevour to respond to your request within 7 business days.
