If you're finding it hard to keep up with payments, we can work with you to find a supportive and practical solution that helps reduce financial stress.
How we can help
There are several ways we can help, including:
- negotiating special payment arrangements for rates and charges
- writing off accrued interest, where appropriate
- deferring rates and charges against your estate
- providing financial assistance through one of three partner local welfare agencies, offering $65 vouchers toward rate payments.
