Financial hardship can happen for many reasons, and it can make managing rates and charges difficult.
If you're finding it hard to keep up with payments, we can work with you to find a supportive and practical solution that helps reduce financial stress.

How we can help

There are several ways we can help, including:
  • negotiating special payment arrangements for rates and charges
  • writing off accrued interest, where appropriate
  • deferring rates and charges against your estate
  • providing financial assistance through one of three partner local welfare agencies, offering $65 vouchers toward rate payments.
