- ocean baths
- public toilets, including blocked toilets
- public change rooms
- bus shelters
- broken glass and litter in public spaces
- syringes and needles.

Next steps
- You'll receive an acknowledgement with your request and tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor its progress in our Customer Portal.
- Your request will be reviewed and prioritised based on the urgency of the required cleaning.
- Once your request has been completed, you will receive a notification. Please note that the completion of your request may mean the work has been actioned or scheduled.
Time frames
Urgent, hazardous or emergency cleaning will be attended to as soon as possible.
