Report to us
You can report road, footpath or drain cleaning issues if you notice any of the following:
- Buildup of dirt, grime or stains that need high pressure cleaning.
- Leaf litter, debris or other material preventing proper drainage.
- Broken glass, needle stick hazards, leaf litter or other objects that could cause injury.
- Oil, fuel or other spills on roads or footpaths that may create safety risks.

Location matters!
Providing specific details about the location of the issue helps us locate and address it quickly. Please include cross streets, house numbers, or identifying landmarks.
Accessing the area
Parked vehicles can make street sweeping difficult. If there are specific days or times when access to the area is ideal, note this in your request.
Next steps
- You'll receive an acknowledgement with your request and tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor its progress in our Customer Portal.
- We will prioritise the cleaning depending on the type and location, with a focus on high traffic and pedestrian areas.
- Once your request has been completed, you will receive a notification.
Time frames
- Urgent situation will be responded to as soon as possible.
- General cleaning requests are typically actioned within 7 - 14 days.
