An initial administrative fee is payable when you submit your application. Any additional fees related to your application will be invoiced after review.

Next steps
- Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming we've received it, along with a receipt for your application fees.
- We'll review your application and issue an invoice for the remaining applicable fees.
- Once payment is received, we'll issue your permit. If access keys are required, we'll contact you to arrange collection.
- Your permit must be kept onsite and shown upon request by a City of Newcastle officer.
- After the works are completed and any access keys are returned, your key and damage bond will be refunded.
