If you notice a damaged footpath, kerb or drain area, report it to us so we can keep these areas well-maintained and provide an accessible environment for all our residents and visitors.

We can assess and repair:
  • Footpath maintenance - addressing cracks and uneven surfaces.
  • Drain repairs - fixing broken structures to ensure drain stability.
  • Kerbside repairs - fixing fractured or broken areas to ensure stability and safety for road users and pedestrians.
  • Kerb ramp damage - fix where the kerb dips to enable a prams or wheelchairs to transition easily from the footpath to the road.

  3. Once your request is processed, you'll receive a notification. Please note that completion may mean the work has been carried out, scheduled, or included in future planning.

Time frames

  • If the repairs are urgent, it will be responded to in the earliest possible time as resources allow.
  • Maintenance that is prioritised for repair is typically actioned within 6 weeks.
  • For less severe issues, there is no specific repair timeframe.
