Outstanding Notices & Orders Certificate
An Outstanding Orders and Notices Certificate lists any current or unresolved notices and orders issued by City of Newcastle under:
- Section 735A of the Local Government Act 1993, and
- Clause 41 of Schedule 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
These notices may relate to issues such as:
- unauthorised building works
- dilapidated or unsafe structures
- unhealthy or hazardous property conditions.

Next steps

Time frames
- Standard processing - Certificates will be issued and sent to you within 10 business days.
- Urgent requests - If you select the fast-track option and pay the urgency fee, your certificate will be issued within 1 business day.
