Report a Missing Bin

Before reporting a bin as missing or stolen, take a moment to check around your street. Bins are sometimes moved or accidentally take by neighbours.
If you're still unable to find your bin, we'll arrange a replacement for you.

Found or abandoned bins

If you find a misplaced red lid bin (general waste) or green lid bin (green waste) that is not yours, let us know.
After notifying us, leave the abandoned bin on the kerbside for collection.
If the bin has a yellow lid (recycling bin), notify our contractor on 4920 1455.
