Missed Bin
Report a Missed Bin Collection
If your bin hasn't been collected by 4pm on your regular collection day, report a missed service.
Bins may be missed for a variety of reasons, such as:
- the bin may be blocked by a parked vehicle
- the bin not placed on the kerb by 5am (our collections start from 5:15am)
- inclement weather conditions or truck breakdowns, which might delay our service
- limited access to the street due to road works or temporary closures - our drivers may return later in the day if they couldn't enter your street at the usual time.
