You can apply to:

  • upgrade your bin size
  • increase the number of bins
  • adjust the frequency of your bin collection
  • request bins for a property that doesn't have the standard bin entitlement, such as non-rated properties.

Residential or mixed use property

Standard entitlements

  • 1 x 140L general waste bin, serviced weekly.
  • 1 x 240L recycling bin, serviced fortnightly.
  • 1 x 240L garden organics bin, serviced fortnightly.

Rated commercial property - standard entitlements

  • 1 x 140L general waste bin, serviced weekly. You can upsize this to a 240L bin at a cost of $367.
  • All other kerbside bin services, including recycling and garden organics, are available on a fee-for-service basis.
