- For requests that involve extensive research or archived records, processing may take longer than usual. We'll keep you informed of any delays, and you'll be contacted if further information is needed to complete your request.
Time frames
- We aim to respond within 21 calendar days, however applications requiring extensive research may take longer.
- If you need a faster turnaround, you can choose to pay an urgency fee on a complex search to have your application processed within 7 business days.
