Application Tracker - Service Upgrade
We're upgrading our Application Tracker to improve how you view and follow your applications online.
As part of this upgrade, there will temporarily be two Application Trackers, selecting the right one will depend on when your application or amendment was lodged or determined.
Applications lodged or determined after 28 January 2026
If your application or amendment was lodged or determined after 28 January 2026, you can track it using our Application Tracker.
Application Tracker allows you to:
- search for recent applications
- view decisions and key details
- access records.
All other applications
For older applications, including applications lodged and/or determined before 28 January 2026, visit our Historical Application Tracker.
The Historical Application Tracker allows you to:
- search for older applications
- view decisions and key details
- access historical records.

Explore development activity
The Application Tracker provides public access to development activity and fire safety schedules across the Local Government Area. Using the interactive map, you can search by address or application number, view documents, apply filters, and provide feedback on applications currently on public exhibition.
