Flood Information Certificates provide a summary of flood risk for individual properties, based on data and mapping from City of Newcastle.
These certificates may also include details to help with Development Applications, where available.

Next steps

Time frames

  • General certificate - typically issued within 10 - 14 business days.
  • Urgent certificate - typically issued within 2 business days.
