Parking Meter Refund

A parking meter refund allows you to request reimbursement if you were overcharged due to a faulty parking meter. If you believe the meter was not working correctly, please report the fault so we can investigate and arrange repairs.

Report a faulty parking meter

Use the online form or call 1300 373 077 to report a faulty meter.
Reporting a faulty meter does not exempt you from a penalty. If a meter isn't working, you must use another payment method or a different meter. You are still required to pay for parking and stay within the signed time limits.

Payment methods

The information we need to process your refund will depend on the payment method you used.
