Parking Meter Refund
A parking meter refund allows you to request reimbursement if you have been overcharged due to a fault with a parking meter.
Payment methods
Depending on the payment method you used, certain information will be required to process a refund.
EasyPark
If you paid via EasyPark you will need to provide the below information:
- The meter ID number. The parking meter ID is located in the black box in the top left of the front screen. This number starts with 40.
- Vehicle registration number.
Mobile pay
If you paid via mobile pay you will need to provide the below information:
- The meter ID number. The parking meter ID is located in the black box in the top left of the front screen.
- The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your card number. This will allow us to run a transaction search and locate your payment.
- The last four digits of a digital card can be different to the physical card.
- You can locate your virtual card number by navigating to the card you used in the wallet app on your phone & clicking the three dots in the right-hand corner. The last four digits of your virtual card will be displayed.
- Amount charged on your credit card.
- Vehicle registration number.
Physical credit or debit card
If you paid with a physical credit or debit card, you will need to provide the below information:
- The meter ID number. The parking meter ID is located in the black box in the top left of the front screen.
- The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of your card number. This will allow us to run a transaction search and locate your payment.
- The card number can be located on the front of your physical card.
- Amount charged on your credit card.
- Vehicle registration number.
