City of Newcastle offers two online portals for rates services. Use the option below that suits what you need to do.

Manage your rates notices

With an eNotices account, you can:

Go to eNotices to register.
On your instalment notice is a unique eNotices reference number.
Enter your details and set your preferences.
If you would like more than one person to receive the rates notice, the account holder can add multiple email addresses to the rate notices.
You can add multiple properties to your account.
You will not receive a notice via post if you sign to receive your rates notice via email.
Real estate agents, interested parties or managing agents can add properties to their account.

Rates Enquiry - for help registering an eNotices account or to cease receiving your notice via email. If you don't wish to create an eNotices account, you can request a copy of your notice using our Rates Enquiry form.
