Our eNotices portal gives you control over how you access and receive your rates information - quick, easy, and all in one place.

An eNotices account will enable you to:

  • sign up to receive your rates notices via email
  • view and download past instalment notices
  • update your contact details
  • you can add multiple properties to your account
  • this service can be used by your property managing agent - such as a real estate.

Signing up to eNotices is simple

  1. Go to eNotices to register.
  2. On your instalment notice is a unique eNotices reference number.
  3. Enter your details and set your preferences.
  4. If you would like more than one person to receive the rates notice, the account holder can add multiple email addresses to the rate notices.
  5. You can add multiple properties to your account.
  6. You will not receive a notice via post if you sign to receive your rates notice via email.
  7. Real estate agents, interested parties or managing agents can add properties to their account.
