Access Your Rates Notice Online
Our eNotices portal gives you control over how you access and receive your rates notice.
An eNotices account will enable you to:
- sign up to receive your rates notices via email
- view and download past instalment notices
- update your contact details
- you can add multiple properties to your account
- sign up as a managing agent - such as a real estate.
Make payments and check your balance
Our My Services Portal lets you see your current outstanding rates balance, make payments, and view your payment history.

Signing up to eNotices is simple
- Go to eNotices to register.
- On your instalment notice is a unique eNotices reference number.
- Enter your details and set your preferences.
- If you would like more than one person to receive the rates notice, the account holder can add multiple email addresses to the rate notices.
- You can add multiple properties to your account.
- You will not receive a notice via post if you sign to receive your rates notice via email.
- Real estate agents, interested parties or managing agents can add properties to their account.
