Lord Mayor Event Invitation
Community members, organisations, and event coordinators are invited to extend an invitation to the Lord Mayor to attend or participate in events that celebrate civic pride, community engagement, or local initiatives. All invitations are reviewed by the Executive Office team to ensure they align with the Lord Mayor's schedule and commitments.
What to include in your request
Include key event details such as:
- date and time
- location
- purpose of the event
- expected attendees.
Lord Mayor's diary summary
City of Newcastle is committed to openness and transparency. As part of this commitment, we publish a summary of the Lord Mayor's diary on our website.
The summary includes:
- the organisation or group attending
- the category of attendees
- the date and purpose of the meeting.
The summary does not include:
- names of individual attendees
- internal meetings with staff or Councillors
- meetings of a personal nature
