  • wasps
  • rats

  • cockroaches.

We do not typically investigate

Our Pest Control team are not able to investigate reports of the below pests in public areas, except for some scenarios when a safety concern is present.

Pests on private property

Pests on private land are the responsibility of the property owner, you should talk to your neighbour and engage a pest control operator.
City of Newcastle will only investigate if the property is overgrown or has accumulation of rubbish that may be causing the issue.
