Parking Permit Renewal
About two months before your permit expires, we'll email your renewal notice.
To make sure your new permit arrives on time, complete your renewal at least three weeks before the current permit expiry date.
A separate form needs to be completed for each permit you are renewing.
When you receive your notice, you will need to:
- complete the renewal form
- provide a copy of your registration papers (for resident permit renewals)
- provide your pension card, if applicable (for resident permit renewals)

Next steps
- Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming we've received it, along with an invoice for your renewal fees.
- Once payment is received, the renewal will be processed and sent to you via post.
- You must continue to display your current permit until your new permit is received.
Time frames
Allow 3 weeks for your application to be processed.
